These weekly sessions are designed to keep your body gently moving while also giving you time to unwind and reset through breathwork, mindfulness, relaxation, and a light sprinkling of sound. No experience is needed, just a willingness to come as you are.
Held on Wednesday evenings during term time, this community-focused class offers a mid-week pause to reconnect with your body, settle your mind, and enjoy the supportive atmosphere of practicing alongside others.
