Hi, I'm Mel.
I created From the Heart Healing from a genuine passion for helping people slow down, reconnect and find moments of calm in the midst of busy lives. Through yoga, sound healing and nurturing wellness practices, I offer a space where you can simply pause, breathe and be supported.
My own journey with yoga, meditation and sound has shown me the profound impact that creating space for rest can have on both body and mind. These practices have helped me navigate life's challenges with greater resilience, clarity and balance, and it's this experience that inspires me to share them with others.
As a certified Yoga Teacher (200-hour), Sound Healing Facilitator and Access Bars® Practitioner, I weave together movement, sound and gentle therapeutic practices to create experiences that support relaxation, nervous system regulation and overall wellbeing. Whether you join me for a yoga class, sound journey, Ayurvedic head massage or one of my restorative events, my intention is always the same, to offer a warm, welcoming space where you can feel safe to rest, restore and reconnect with yourself.
